- Ability to communicate through both written and verbal communication.
- Technical knowledge: Understanding the different types of liquid roofing systems, their application methods, and compatibility with various roof substrates.
- Basic construction knowledge: Understanding roof construction principles and identifying potential areas of concern.
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to complete OSHA 10 certification within first week of start date (company paid).
- 1-2 years experience with liquid applied roofing or in the construction industry.
- Ability to travel extensively throughout the United States and work weekends/holidays.
- Able to lift 50 lbs. or more.
