Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or related degree, 5+ years of experience in project management, business development, or related field
Civil Construction experience is desired
Understanding of federal procurement process, acquisition strategies, and contract vehicles
Experience with commercial and government systems that support the federal acquisition process, ex: Deltek GovWin, FedBizOpps (FBO), and the System for Award Management (SAM)
Proven success in securing and/or managing federal projects $25M+
