Ensure that all tasks assigned to you are organized, performed safely, and completed in a timely manner.
Distribute rental equipment check-in sheets for Superintendents approval.
Answers phone to take/alter order and complete all required information.
Dispatcher receives orders from customer's and schedules drivers to deliver product at various locations.
Monitor and communicate with field, managers and supervisors of any upcoming challenges or changes in deliveries/scheduling.
Keeps supervisor and drivers informed of tasks and situations so the schedule can be updated.
Troubleshoot and problem solve situations/problems (material quality, equipment operation/repair, etc.).
Assigns appropriate equipment and personnel for completion of duties and deliveries.
Tracks and reports time off/attendance of drivers and personnel.
Provides routine administrative support to Operations & Field as necessary.
Ensure that work is executed as scheduled and that only emergency jobs interrupt scheduled work.
Coordinate equipment moves with transport companies and monitor agency transport compliance. Locate and rent equipment as needed, track and log rental equipment.

Very strong computer skills including but not limited to; iPad and iPhone experience required.
Communicate effectively (verbal, listening, written) and handle all after hour and weekend changes.
Communication skills and positive interactions with a variety of customers and vendors required.
Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 3+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, dispatch, or a related area.
Must have experience in administrative support, with strong data entry skills, and experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Self-motivated, team-player with good interpersonal skills; ability to maintain positive customer relations and act courteous/respectful of others.
Successful candidate will have familiarity with office equipment.
