Develop and manage relationships with external surveying, due diligence and landscape architecture consultants.
Act as a subject matter expert for construction project managers and junior engineering associates
Perform site investigative due diligence and work with contracting team to value engineer sites
Meet with customers to review concept plans, discuss advantages to multiple approaches, and work to define direction of project with design/build contracting team
Prepare schematic site plan, grading & utility plans to illustrate site developability based on site constraints
Perform storm water detention analysis, site utility design, and earth work analysis to best inform site planning effort for cost and constructability

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering (or related degree)
4-6+ years of hands-on land development experience in an engineering firm
Experience managing/mentoring a team is highly preferred
