Senior Surveyor - Property Management

You will be responsible for a varied portfolio including retail parks, shopping centres, multi-let offices (including a landmark “trophy” asset), and industrial estates.

• Experience in commercial property management.
• Confident managing client relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
• Experience across retail or mixed-use assets.

The position is primarily Property Management, with scope to take on Asset Management responsibilities as the portfolio evolves. You will work closely with a full in house management team of surveyors, facilities managers, and accountants, gaining direct exposure to senior leadership and decision-making.

The core client base consists of mostly Institutional investors & Asset Managers unique to a growing business, you get the benefit of an agile business with top tier clients.
