- Work with engineers to ensure their timesheets are accurately entered
- As part of the Accounting team, you will primarily be responsible to:
- Generate invoices for clients based on projects and billed work
- Assist with on demand analysis requests
- Perform checks and analyze reports to ensure billing accuracy
- Processing Client issued Purchase Orders to fund projects
- Assist leadership with reporting
- Accurately post and allocate incoming payments against respective invoices
- Responding to email requests and calls from Clients and Project Managers
- Project Lifecycle Management - setting up, funding, billing, closing
