Support the Associate Senior Counsel and wider legal team in managing external counsel engagement and billing.
Liaise with external corporate service providers and registrars on UK and overseas entity management.
Support the preparation of board and shareholder resolutions, minutes, and related governance documentation.
Provide administrative and coordination support for cross-functional legal initiatives and special projects.
Review and prepare first-draft templates of routine agreements (NDAs, engagement letters, simple service agreements, etc.).
Support due diligence and document collection for financing, acquisition, and divestment transactions.
