Coordinate with VCC team, Subcontractors and Vendors to ensure understanding of construction schedule needs.
Identify restraints and their effect on the construction schedule.
Identify construction schedule considerations and challenges resulting from inter-discipline or functional restraints and interfaces.
Assist in developing site logistics plans, which may be phased.
Assist in developing Master Project Schedule (MPS) to align with contract requirements and VCC Scheduling Policy for assigned projects as required.
Perform necessary take-off to effectively estimate production rates.
Review RFP for understanding of scheduling milestone dates, deliverable requirements, software requirements and any variances to the scheduling policy.
Conduct schedule analysis and studies of problem areas to determine the criticality of scheduled activities.
Responsible for total integration of construction schedule activities.

Advanced proficiency with P6 Scheduling Software and SOPs.
Presentation skills required in meetings and in training.
Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
A strong sense of urgency and initiative. Able to quickly study and react to complex issues.
Effective time management and logical decision-making with the ability to constantly multi-task and handle competing priorities between multiple VCC projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to confidently and decisively take action.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field preferred. Similar construction scheduling experience or equivalent combination of training and/or field related experience. Field Experience a plus.
Demonstrated leadership skills with willingness to face challenges, solve problems, and motivate others while maintaining effective relationships with internal/external customers by exceeding their requirements and expectations.
Demonstrated knowledge of the general installation practices of all CSI divisions necessary for communication of the schedule to all trades and interested parties, to educate company personnel in the use of CPM and to review schedules generated by others.
3-5 years of construction project planning experience.
Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing scheduling functions which include planning, critical path analysis, and schedule performance measurement.
Good written and verbal communication abilities in English.
Experience using On Center Software.
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal and coaching skills required.
Primavera (Oracle) P6 version 23 and Microsoft Office Suite experience.
