As an Architectural Designer II / Architect II, you’ll help drive design development, solve complex technical challenges, and contribute to projects from concept through construction. You’ll apply advanced architectural concepts, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and support the development of details, documents, and presentations with increasing independence. You may also guide junior staff.
- Help maintain CA logs and prepare record documents
- Support contractor communication, RFIs, and submittals
- Support site visits, shop-drawing review, RFIs, and punch lists
- Attend progress meetings as directed
- Contribute to design from early concept through detailed documentation
- Translate leadership direction into clear design output
- Maintain clean digital organization and self-check work
- Integrate design changes and coordinate consultant sets
- Develop and refine project details
- Follow studio standards and checklists
- Provide mentorship to less experienced team members
- Work closely with consultants and manage BIM coordination
- Organize correspondence and support client meeting prep
- Apply working knowledge of codes and accessibility requirements
- Produce DD and CD drawings, schedules, and specifications
- Assist with meeting agendas, invites, and minutes
- Create presentations, renderings, 3D views, and material selections

Intermediate Architect II (6+ Years Experience) – New York
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Enscape, Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Office
- Understand scope, schedules, and deliverables
- 6+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio
- Strong design, communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture or related field
