The manager leads end‑to‑end project delivery, develops schedules, budgets and resource plans, and coordinates cross‑functional teams of engineers, designers and contractors. They conduct regular status meetings, provide stakeholder updates, identify and mitigate risks, ensure compliance with Qatari regulations, and work closely with clients to meet requirements. Additional duties include overseeing procurement and installation of equipment, managing contracts, change orders and technical documentation, and analyzing performance to drive continuous improvement.

- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate engineers, designers, contractors and other cross‑functional teams.

- Ensure compliance with Qatari regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with clients to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions.

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager – Material Handling Systems for our Doha, Qatar office. The role oversees planning, execution and delivery of complex material handling system projects for regional clients.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and have at least 12 years of project‑management experience in material handling systems, with PMP certification preferred. Required skills include strong knowledge of logistics and supply‑chain operations, proficiency with AutoCAD, MS Project and Excel, excellent communication, leadership and analytical abilities, and familiarity with local regulations and industrial‑engineering principles.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering and ≥12 years experience in material handling project management; PMP preferred.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel and other project‑management tools.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of logistics, supply‑chain operations and industrial‑engineering principles.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines and resources in a fast‑paced environment.
