eConveyancing Specialist

Description

• Represent the State on national eConveyancing working parties and contributes to the national data standard and the regulatory framework, including participation in compliance assessments of ELNOs.
• Leads correspondence and communications on eConveyancing matters with internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for providing support to industry on eConveyancing matters through expert advice on policy direction, strategic planning and assisting with increasing the scope of electronically enabled transactions.
• Works closely with Land Services SA to ensure the timely delivery of national eConveyancing programs and projects.

Requirements

• Sound knowledge of ELNO systems.
• Experience in IT driven innovation and policy development.
• Conveyancing or Property Law qualifications.
• Knowledge of Property and Land Administration practices.
