Required skills include proficiency in the MS Office suite, simulation tools, Lean Six Sigma, and advanced economic and financial analysis, as well as strong presentation, organizational, and client‑relationship abilities. Leadership style should be diplomatic and collaborative, with excellent verbal and written communication for senior audiences.
