Founding Staff Software Engineer - CleanTech - Remote

This role will report directly to the founder and is an opportunity to drive the platform using latest technologies from the ground up.

• Develop, design, and spearhead the creation of the platform.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to fellow engineers, promoting a collaborative environment of continuous learning and improvement.
• Produce clean, scalable code across the entire stack, emphasizing AI/ML pipelines and features, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

• Over 8 years of full-stack web development experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML engineering.
• Strong expertise in integrating AI/ML services through APIs.
• In-depth knowledge of large language model APIs, prompt engineering, and designing LLM workflows.
• Extensive proficiency in React, Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
• Familiarity with agentic AI platforms and related tools.
• Knowledge of financial data and documentation.
• Experience implementing RAG and working with vector databases.
