- Work closely with the IT Hub management teams in Ensuring Hub OPW measures are tracked effectively and facilitating reporting where needed.
- Work closely with the Head of IT Hub to manage and resolve any regional issues or conflict and to be involved in gathering and analyzing data to provide insightful reports to aid decision making.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and Hub strategy accordingly.
- Support & work closely with the head of IT Hub in formulating & implementing strategic plans to align with the overall company objectives.
- Collect and gather regular ‘Key Project’ reporting on various running projects/topics to support the IT Hub leadership team and make such reporting available for IT Hub Board reporting.
- Support the IT Hub management team with operational and excellence related topics in Global Hub. Support the IT hub team in being responsible for project roll outs and project coordination where and when required.

- Strong understanding of hardware IT technologies, trends, and best practices incl. AI
- Good knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices.

- Personally, you convince with a structured way of working, show a high degree of independence, organizational talent, teamwork and a clear communication style.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. You bring at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
