MCL Construction, a leader in commercial general contracting, is looking for an experienced and detail-driven Construction Project Manager to play a key role in delivering exceptional projects across our growing portfolio. This position requires both strategic oversight and hands-on leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget—all while maintaining the high standards MCL is known for.

8+ years of commercial construction experience, including at least 3 years in a project management capacity.
Proven success managing complex projects using modern project management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Technical Expertise: You understand construction processes inside and out.
Experience with GMP and CMAR delivery methods is a plus.
