The Property Administrator (CRE) supports the Property Management Team by handling administrative tasks and ensuring professional, timely responses to tenant requests and concerns.
In this role you will manage office operations such as phone support, document preparation, filing, and distribution of correspondence, while also coordinating meetings and special events. You will assist with lease administration, maintain tenant and insurance records, and help generate related reports. Additionally, you will oversee bid proposals, service contracts, and invoice processing to ensure compliance with company policies.
Success in this position requires strong oral and written communication skills, a customer‑focused attitude toward both internal and external stakeholders, solid organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask, take initiative, and work well with colleagues.
A high school diploma or GED is required, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Prior experience in customer service is advantageous, and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
The position is based in a professional office setting, utilizing standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Employees may need to stand, walk, and occasionally travel between buildings, as well as remain seated for the majority of the workday.
Compensation ranges from $26.56 to $31.25 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, vision, dental, retirement plans, and paid time off.
