- Review and approve mock-ups, material submittals, installation methodologies, and sequencing plans to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Facilitate clear communication between contractors, consultants, and project teams to maintain alignment and resolve issues collaboratively.
- Ensure robust documentation and traceability of all fit-out activities, supporting transparency and accountability.
- Provide oversight of the general contractor’s fit-out package delivery, ensuring alignment with design intent and quality benchmarks for all interior spaces.
- Escalate fit-out risks, non-conformances, or supply chain issues to project leadership, supporting proactive resolution.
- Champion innovation and best practices in interior fit-out delivery, promoting efficient methods and high-quality outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement in fit-out quality through regular reviews, lessons learned, and feedback integration.
