The IT AI Engineer II will design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions using Python and Azure services. This role focuses on building scalable, secure, and maintainable AI agents that integrate with enterprise systems to enhance productivity, decision-making, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Python development, Azure AI services, and modern software engineering practices.

Data Engineering – Design scalable pipelines using Azure Data Factory, SQL, Cosmos DB for AI workloads.
Assist in integrating AI agents with enterprise systems and data sources.
Help troubleshoot and resolve technical issues throughout the application lifecycle.
Participate in applied research and prototyping efforts to evaluate new AI capabilities.
Advanced Analytics – Perform analytical tasks using Azure AI tools (ML, Synapse) to deliver insights.
Stay informed on emerging AI technologies and contribute to innovation discussions.
Research & Innovation – Conduct AI/ML experimentation, prototype development, and evaluate emerging tech.

Communication Skills – Excellent collaboration and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
LLM & Prompt Engineering – Skilled in prompt design, vector databases (Azure AI Search, Pinecone), and orchestration.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying Python-based solutions in Azure.
API & Containerization – Experience with RESTful APIs, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Minimum 4 years of experience in software engineering or AI/ML development.
Azure Services – Strong knowledge of Azure Functions, Cognitive Services, OpenAI, Logic Apps, and DevOps.
