Execution of MEP based projects to BL’s expectations for quality, schedule, and profitability
Monitor and report to department manager the status of projects, budgets, and work backlog
Coordination with external clients and subconsultants
Manage a team of multiple staff including designers and/or engineers, providing mentorship and ensuring billable targets are met
Plan, coordinate, communicate, and facilitate the completion of tasks across multiple disciplines on projects of all sizes from conception through completion
Recruit, develop and retain staff in support of the company's strategic growth plan
Participate in business development and proposal process as well as contract negotiations
