Train staff to uphold the highest standards of HSE practices.
Arrange and coordinate tools, spares, and equipment for the sites.
To plan all works such as PPM, CM, and casual jobs as per SLA.
Maintain exceptional standards of customer service, both internal and external.
Ensure costs are aligned with the desired margins and profitability for each job.
Maintain proper documentation related to contracts and service reports.
Ensure all PPM, CM, and casual works are completed on schedule.

Three years Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Proven experience handling annual maintenance contracts (AMC), PPM/CM scheduling, and stakeholder management
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
Strong knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and firefighting).
5+ years of experience, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role within facilities management industry, preferably in the UAE
Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance planning
Effective communication and reporting skills
Competence in workforce planning, task delegation, and performance monitoring
