Building Envelope Division Leader

• Provide business and technical guidance across projects to ensure quality outcomes
• Manage proposal development and negotiate expanded service agreements

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to lead and expand our Building Envelope practice, with a focus on team development, client partnerships, and operational strategy. • Proven track record of securing and developing building envelope business
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in building envelope consulting
• Demonstrated success managing both project portfolios and multidisciplinary teams
• Licensed Professional Engineer or Registered Architect in the state of Arizona
• Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong written and spoken communication skills
