  • Field experience as a sheet metal mechanic, sheet metal foreman, or licensed plumber preferred.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a passion for quality design.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple design tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and submittals.
