- Recording and documenting results
- Product and Raw Material testing and analysis
- Kiln and Dryer Monitoring, kiln burner set up, repair and alarm response when required
- Carry out functional QA, Environmental and Energy tasks
- Appling IMS tools and techniques to generate improvements within the department and factory as a whole
- Training and monitoring the application of process checks throughout the factory
- Driving a culture of process improvement, monitoring quality and Health and Safety awareness
- Use 5S techniques to maintain and improve housekeeping
