Commercial plumbing installation from underground/rough-ins, stack out to trim outs on large scale commercial and industrial construction projects such as, healthcare, government, educational, manufacturing, data centers and others.
Install hangers and supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installation for water, gas, compressed air, medical gas, or other liquids.
Complies and promotes company Safety Policy
Installation of copper, steel, cast iron, PVC, CPVC, PEX, and other piping.
Duties could include setting grease traps, decontamination tanks, oil interceptors, lint interceptors, utility hookups, etc.
Read and interpret blueprints and building specifications required for each job site to accurately install systems.

Able to work from ladders and man lifts from various heights and operate the equipment as needed.
OSHA 10 hour preferred.
Experience leading / coaching an apprentice and/or helper preferred.
Medical Gas Certification, or ability to obtain, preferred.
Familiarity with blueprint, schematic, drawings, and other equipment layout materials
Ability to stand, squat, bend, stoop and comfortably lift up to 50 lbs.
Ability to pass a full background screening and drug screening.
Must be able to work independently with and without supervision.
Ability to pass MVR check (if applicable) or must have reliable transportation.
1 – 3 years of commercial plumbing experience preferred
Ability to pass a physical ability test
Valid / current journeyman plumbing license preferred.
Ability to travel, as needed, for projects.
Excellent communication and customer services skills.
Must complete company specific welding, soldering and/or brazing test for employment.
Requires basic mechanical aptitude, mathematical and English language skills.
