Responsible for confirming that the project manager has provided specialty construction tools for the project foreman or other members of the construction team.
Responsible for sending the introduction email after the project review meeting introducing the Project Manager and requesting the documents needed for Engineering.
Assist in the mobilization and providing final documentation to complete the delivery of a system.
Assist Sales and the Engineering Department if requested to locate electronic CAD files and other support material needed to complete a hand-off and permit application. If Sales is leaning excessively on the Project Coordinator bring to the attention of a supervisor.
Responsible for sending, collecting, and reporting customer satisfaction surveys for all projects.
