Human Resource Recruiting Intern

• Create and post job advertisements
• Review resumes and pre‑screen candidates
• Schedule interviews and support hiring managers
• Maintain applicant tracking system data
• Assist with career fairs, hiring events, and outreach
• Support onboarding and HR administrative tasks

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiting Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a student interested in Human Resources, Recruiting, or Business real‑world, hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced HR environment.

The internship involves physical tasks such as prolonged standing, walking, occasional lifting of up to 50 lbs, and occasional work in indoor/outdoor settings with temperature extremes and potential exposure to chemicals.

• Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related field
• Available to work at least 30 hours per week during the internship
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced team environment

Benefits
