The Treasury Operations Analyst will maintain enterprise‑wide treasury services, ensuring compliance with Treasury policies while managing bank account governance, online banking platforms, transaction support, and issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds. The role also involves developing a Treasury Operations Center of Excellence and supporting lockbox and account analysis to drive rationalization and automation.
Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the analyst works on‑site five days a week, educates internal partners on treasury policies, administers user controls for banking platforms, and prepares manual checks, wires, ACHs, and related reconciliations. The position requires strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and prioritize competing demands.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage confidential information. Preferred qualifications include 1‑3 years of treasury experience and certifications such as CTP, CCM, or CFA.
