Description

The Treasury Operations Analyst will maintain enterprise‑wide treasury services, ensuring compliance with Treasury policies while managing bank account governance, online banking platforms, transaction support, and issuance of letters of credit and surety bonds. The role also involves developing a Treasury Operations Center of Excellence and supporting lockbox and account analysis to drive rationalization and automation.

• Maintain bank account governance, including signature authority updates, fee monitoring, FBAR compliance, and account rationalization
• Administer all online banking platforms and enforce consistent user controls with regular reviews
• Verify accounts payable file transmission, prepare manual checks, stop payments, wires, ACHs, and conduct related reconciliations
• Set up, maintain, and report on letters of credit, surety bonds, and parent guarantees
• Perform lockbox and bank account analysis to ensure timely submissions, accurate fees, and drive automation
• Develop and sustain a Treasury Operations Center of Excellence to standardize processes and implement new technologies
• Educate internal partners on treasury policies and risk controls to ensure adherence
• Assist senior finance leadership with special projects, ad‑hoc analyses, and time‑sensitive deliverables

Requirements

Reporting to the Treasury Manager, the analyst works on‑site five days a week, educates internal partners on treasury policies, administers user controls for banking platforms, and prepares manual checks, wires, ACHs, and related reconciliations. The position requires strong organizational, project management, and communication skills, as well as the ability to navigate ambiguous situations and prioritize competing demands.

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, possess intermediate Microsoft Office skills, and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication, basic accounting knowledge, and the ability to manage confidential information. Preferred qualifications include 1‑3 years of treasury experience and certifications such as CTP, CCM, or CFA.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required
• 1‑3 years of treasury operations experience preferred
• Certifications such as Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Certified Cash Manager (CCM), or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) are a plus
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
