Apply the Project Specific Safety Program to ensure full compliance with Ledcor HS&E standards and applicable OH&S legislation.

Knowledge of Design-Build or collaborative contract models is an asset.
Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental best practices.
Ability to anticipate constructability issues and develop practical solutions; strong influencing and problem-solving skills.
Experience supporting design and construction in active rail corridors, particularly structural components such as steel, concrete, columns, beams, and related elements for bridges, buildings, and heavy civil structures.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiar with scheduling software
Background delivering large-scale infrastructure projects for a general contractor in Canada.
Proven ability to promote safe work in high-pressure environments while maintaining quality, schedule, and budget.
