  • Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
  • Maintains equipment and work areas; cleans and performs basic repairs as needed.
  • Conduct Inventory of tools, parts, and supplies and resupply as needed.
  • Researches, Analyzes, and Reconciles all variances reported.
  • Regularly use hand-eye coordination, grasp, manipulate, and reach with hands and arms.
  • Reviews and audits inventory reports and transactions electronically.
  • Regularly stand, walk, and may sit for extended periods of time
  • Maintains accurate stock counts.
  • Follows safety protocols and wear personal protective equipment as required
  • Communicates with co-workers, Plant Managers / Supervisors to ensure accurate reporting, material usage, and labor reporting.
  • Rectify Receiving, Picking, and Replenishment errors in a timely fashion.
  • Perform necessary inventory reconciliation and adjustments for items.
  • Completes requests from Purchasing, AP, Engineering and Production Departments.
  • Uses measuring tools such as squares, scales, rulers, calipers and tapes accurately
  • Unload, receive, and store raw materials and supplies
  • Cycle counting of all material in the warehouse with a concentration in the Modula area.
  • Works with peers to coordinate movement assembled parts and/or products to the next step operation
  • Frequently lift and/or move objects up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 pounds using mechanical equipment
  • Creates detailed reports for adjustments, inventory operations and stock levels.

  • CalOSHA 10 a plus
  • Office Environment - This position may operate in a professional office environment and is not exposed to adverse environmental conditions. This role may use standard office equipment such as computers, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines in a limited capacity. No PPE is required.
  • Minimum 1 year Warehouse Management Software experience (WMS) (required).
  • Due to the open environment of the warehouse, must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions to include extreme heat, humidity and cold
  • Plant Environment - This position operates in a manufacturing setting and can be subject to extreme cold and hot temperatures; uneven walking surfaces with cords, tools, and other obstacles; intermittent loud noises; and dusty/dirty conditions. Where applicable PPE is required. PPE includes hard hats, safety glasses, earplugs, steel toe/composite boots, and fall protection.
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred)
  • Must have 2+ years ERP system experience and will need to possess the analytical skills to interpret data and summarize findings to management (Syteline ERP experience highly preferred).
  • Minimum one year experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
  • Possess knowledge of personal computers skills (Intermediate or above Excel skills required)
  • Possess basic arithmetic skills
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in inventory, distribution, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team structure to stay on schedule.
  • In-depth understanding of accounting principles concerning inventory, sales, and gross margin.
  • Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (i.e., ability to wear required PPE, work in a dusty, hot, non-climate-controlled environment; with stairs, frequent walking, standing and occasional lifting of material).
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in core Inventory Control role within 90 days of hire.
  • Regularly required to talk or hear
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Ability to work off shift hours in support of plant initiatives.
  • CPR & First Aid Certification a plus
  • Ability to analyze data electronically. Ability to edit data in a quick and highly accurate manner
  • Minimum 1 year Modula Vertical Lift and Auto Tool Crib experience (preferred).
  • OSHA Forklift Certification a plus
  • Communication and people skills; team player willing to learn
  • Must be able to complete physical assessment
  • Clocks to and perform transactions in Shop-Trak.
