Prepare monthly and quarterly working papers and financial statements
Prepare and file monthly and quarterly GST, PST, and RST working papers, returns and remittances
Prepare monthly account reconciliations and bank reconciliations
Act as backup and support for other team members where applicable
Prepare other ad hoc reporting and accounting responsibilities as assigned
Prepare and issue monthly invoicing and receive incoming payments
Accurately account for transactions through daily accounting tasks including preparation and posting journal entries
Support annual compliance requirements by preparing annual financial statements, working papers and tax returns

Accounting Degree/Diploma and/or 3-5 years related experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with little supervision, coupled with the ability to work as part of a team
Intermediate to advanced skills utilizing Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Proficient computer skills and a willingness to acquire new software proficiency as needed
