Complete daily check list
Greet all guests in a standing upright position as they enter the clubhouse of the community maintaining the highest quality of customer service.
Ensure residents and registered guests are complying with Association Rules and Regulations;
Report all maintenance items which include, but is not limited to, burned out lights, leaks, broken equipment to the Property Manager.
Within the property, validate guests and residents’ use of the property’s amenities. Ex) pool area, spa, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court etc. Each guest must have authorized access to use the property’s amenities.
Document daily activities and irregularities, such as equipment or property damage, theft, presence of unauthorized persons, or unusual occurrences.
Monitor tennis courts and other clubhouse amenities and advise the Property Manager of any issues or violations of the established rules and regulations.
Report any violations of the Rules and Regulations that are observed, according the procedures established and report damage, theft, and found articles to supervisors.
Assist Front Desk as needed.
Remove any loose debris or trash in area

Experience at a luxury property, club or hotel is strongly preferred;
The ability to convey a positive and “can-do” attitude at all times, including during high-stressful situations;
Prior experience in a related position.

Must be able to work well with others as the role will require cooperation from other team members;
The ability to work in a busy, luxury, and fast-paced environment;
