Role

What you would be doing

Drive daily accountability through KPI management and visual performance tracking.
Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement culture across production.
Be a “boots-on-the-ground” leader — actively present on the floor to mentor and problem-solve.
Partner cross-functionally with engineering, CI, supply chain, and planning to deliver results.
Lead, coach, and develop 3 supervisors and ~65–70 employees.
Ensure performance to production schedules, efficiency, cost, and delivery targets.

What you bring

Strong lean manufacturing knowledge with real-world application (not just buzzwords).
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/engineering preferred OR equivalent experience.
Own near-term plant improvement plans and project manage execution.
Comfortable using ERP systems (SAP preferred) to manage planning/scheduling.
Skilled at coaching, conflict management, and building trust across teams.
5+ years of leadership in manufacturing (managing supervisors preferred).
