Transport equipment, furnishings, and appliances to job sites.
Update work order status including time, materials, and notes on provided mobile devices in an accurate and timely manner. Complete and submit all required paperwork in an accurate and timely manner. Keep supervisor well-informed of activities, results of efforts, problems identified and potential problems, etc., and recommend corrective actions to supervisor.
Transport, install, and connect stoves, refrigerators, dishwashers and other electrical and gas appliances.
Respond to service calls, complete COM work and other property maintenance requirements including, but not limited to cleaning, painting, interior and exterior decorating and maintenance, lawn maintenance, debris removal, plumbing, electrical work, smoke detector maintenance, repair or replacement of lights, roof repairs, heating/air systems maintenance, appliance repairs, etc. Examples of service calls may include:
Load and unload trucks and other conveyances; move supplies and materials to proper location by wheelbarrows or hand trucks; stack materials for storage or binning; collect refuse and salvageable materials.
Operate power blowers or use brooms to clean roof tops, sidewalks and driveways of leaves and debris. Ensure work-site clean up.
Assist with the repair, demolition, cleaning, and installation of flooring (carpet, hard surface or other).
Dig, fill and tamp earth excavations; level grounds using pick, shovel, tamper and rake; shovel concrete; clean culverts and ditches; cut tree and brush; operate power tools and lawn mowers.
Respond to and complete on-call after hour emergency and urgent repairs.
Maintain vehicle and vehicle inventory as prescribed.
Repair and fabricate window and door screens and frames.

Ability to provide basic tools and equipment necessary to perform daily duties.
Basic familiarity with computers and web-based applications.
Excellent customer service skills.
Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or appliances.
In accordance with the REAL ID Act, effective May 7, 2025, a REAL ID compliant driver's license/ID is required in order to access the federal facility.
Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to qualify as "skilled" based on assessment in flooring cleaning, repair, and installation.
A current driver's license in good standing and ability to meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
1-3 years of flooring experience.
