Asset Information Officer

Overview

Manage asset data, lifecycle planning and reporting for DJCS facilities.

Tasks

-Contribute to ISO 55001‑aligned AMS documentation (policies, procedures, workflows) and assurance. -Assist in implementing asset management processes and systems. -Audit maintenance records and identify remediation opportunities. -Ensure alignment with the Asset Management Accountability Framework (AMAF). -Maintain asset data integrity across systems including SAP and CAMS. -Report compliance issues and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment. -Liaise with internal teams and DJCS representatives. -Own the build and publishing of dashboard reporting and setting frequent reporting cadences with stakeholders. -Ensure condition data is updated annually. -Identify and implement lifecycle renewal opportunities. -Conduct annual audits to inform service delivery improvements. -Support asset performance reviews and reporting. -Uphold SHEQ standards across all activities. -Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants, and auditors. -Maintain strong robust relationships with stakeholders. -Develop lifecycle plans and forecasts tailored to operational needs. -Develop and maintain strong site operational knowledge -Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities -Establish data governance (standards, naming conventions, hierarchies) and own CMMS compliance. -Attend meetings, maintain workspace standards, and support team objectives.

What You Bring

-Tertiary qualification in Data Analysis, Engineering, or equivalent experience. -Proficiency in SAP, Ariba, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office. -Familiarity with systematised approaches to information management -Strong analytical and reporting skills. -Excellent time management and communication skills. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders. -Asset management credentials (desirable). -Demonstrated leadership, integrity, and enterprise mindset. -Exposure and competencies with CMMS systems and MS Office -Comfort leading data governance and end‑user enablement (training, SOPs). -Experience in CAPEX planning and lifecycle modelling. -Familiarity with ISO 55001-aligned systems. -Understanding of Essential Safety Measures in Victoria -Strong client focus with adaptability and resilience. -Hands on experience in facilities asset management, planning, and condition monitoring.
