Assistant Vice President

Description

• Develop IMs, pitch decks, investment teasers & lender presentations
• Ensure compliance with RERA, RBI, FEMA & applicable regulations
• Ensure timely fulfilment of CPs and drawdowns
• Design optimal capital structures for real estate projects
• Evaluate feasibility of new & existing projects
• Assist in portfolio-level capital allocation
• Maintain strong relationships with lenders & investors
• Support strategic planning, acquisitions & JVs
• Monitor covenants, repayment schedules & interest servicing
• Manage transactions from term sheet to financial closure
• Track real estate financing trends & investor appetite
• Support audits related to funding arrangements
• Handle refinancing, loan restructuring & asset-level funding
• Share financial updates, covenant reports & dashboards
• Prepare detailed financial models (IRR, NPV, DSCR, cash flows, sensitivities)
• Liaise with banks, NBFCs, PE funds, AIFs, family offices & institutional investors
• Lead fund raising via debt, equity, mezzanine & structured finance
• Coordinate with legal, tax & technical advisors
• Act as the primary SPOC for funding partners

Suraj Estate Developers Ltd is looking for a seasoned Finance Professional specializing in Real Estate Fund Raising & Capital Markets to support our growing portfolio. The role involves managing end-to-end fund raising through debt, equity, and structured finance instruments while working closely with lenders, investors, and senior leadership.

📌 Mandatory: Chartered Accountant (CA only)

✔ Experience with banks, NBFCs, PE funds & institutional investors

🕒 Experience: 10–12 Years

✔ Advanced financial modelling & Excel skills

✔ Strong expertise in Real Estate Fund Raising

✔ Strong negotiation & transaction management skills
