The Customer Support Account Specialist serves as the primary interface between Crestron and multi‑million‑dollar customers, requiring analytical, administrative, and leadership skills to coordinate internal programs, sales teams, and processes. This hybrid role, based in Rockleigh, NJ, involves expediting work flow, handling complex orders, returns, and logistics, and preparing recurring reports on orders, shipments, credits, and overall account satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with multi‑million dollar accounts and sales team
- Handle escalated customer situations and account issues
- Provide sales and support during pre‑ and post‑sales processes
- Resolve order, return, shipping, and logistics issues promptly
- Assist with expediting, tracking, and adjusting orders in SAP/CRM
- Research, monitor, and report account data to customers and sales team
- Create creative solutions for smooth sales and support processes
- Participate in trade shows and industry events

The position offers a base salary ranging from $50,000 to $65,000, depending on location, qualifications, and experience, plus a competitive total compensation package.
