Salesforce Certifications such as Platform Developer I (required)
Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds, e.g., Experience Cloud, CPQ, Data Cloud.
Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft, Workato, etc).
Familiarity with DevOps tools/processes (version control e.g., Git, Copado, CI/CD pipelines, sandbox/deployment management).
Good communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to engage with technical and business stakeholders.
5 plus years of experience working with Salesforce Development/Configuration.
Javascript Developer 1 and Platform Developer II would be preferred.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external services (REST, SOAP) and working with data loads/migration.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams with tools like Jira, GitHub, etc.
Experience in energy, utilities, sustainability or related industries is a plus.
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture (sharing/security/data model) and best practices around governor limits and performance.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
Familiarity with AI/ML features in Salesforce (Einstein Analytics/Discovery) or advanced automation.
Hands‑on experience in Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC) / Aura Components, SOQL/SOSL, triggers and batch/asynchronous processes.
Minimum of 5 plus years of experience in Salesforce development.
