Day to day responsibility for overseeing platform removal whilst offshore ensuring all tasks are in line with Petrofac standards and processed. Autonomous decision making concerning the health and welfare of offshore personnel and the safe utilization of plants and equipment. Along with removal contractor document review prior to offshore execution.
Act as a change agent, promoting positive change and improvements across the asset.
Ensuring that the requisite pre-job briefing meetings (toolbox talks) are held as necessary by Scaldis.
Ensuring the health, safety and welfare of all personnel working on the installation.
Ensuring accidents, incidents and near misses are investigated and actions logged in action tracking database.
Take personal responsibility for safety and adhere to Petrofac’s ‘Life Saving Rules’.
Attending daily Permit to Work meetings and counter-signing permits on board or with the potential to affect the asset.
