In this role you will direct daily site construction activities, ensure compliance with MasTec health, safety, and environmental policies as well as industry standards, and oversee the quality and efficiency of work performed by the crew. You will manage site paperwork, coordinate with customer representatives, maintain equipment, and mentor less‑experienced technicians.
- Lead daily site construction to achieve production goals.
- Implement MasTec Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and industry standards (OSHA, TIA‑10‑48, NATE CTS, ANSI).
- Ensure safety compliance and oversee work quality on assigned sites.
- Maintain and submit daily paperwork, timesheets, and closeout documentation.
- Coordinate site activities and maintain relationships with customer representatives.
- Provide leadership, training, and mentorship to crew members.
- Keep equipment and vehicles in operational condition.
- Read and interpret site plans, RFDS, construction drawings, and statements of work.
- Provide medical, dental, vision insurance and flexible spending accounts.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of industry experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a proven track record of quality workmanship and safety. Required competencies include construction and rigging skills, knowledge of safety regulations, the ability to read technical plans, a valid driver’s license, and the physical capability to climb towers and lift up to 50 lb. Certifications such as First Aid, CPR, and related safety credentials are preferred.
- Require minimum five years of industry experience and a high school diploma/GED.
- Demonstrate expertise in construction, rigging, and safety regulations.
- Hold certifications such as First Aid, CPR, Safety, Rescue; WSA certification is a plus.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record per company policy.
- Physically able to climb towers, lift 50 lb, and work up to 12 hours per day.
