  • Data entry and report generation
  • Managing calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and international documentation
  • Screening and responding to communications on behalf of executives

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with executives and team members at all levels.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Concur travel system and employee timekeeping systems.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and word processing skills needed
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.
  • Flexibility and agility in tasks, assignments and workload.
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Normal office environment. Extended periods of monitor viewing. Stooping, crouching, talking, grasping, hearing, keyboard input, turning pages, typing and writing. Ability to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. Work involves sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to create slide decks and executive presentations in Powerpoint or Word.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing demands and priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, preferably within a fast-paced or HR environment.
