Lead on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts to drive business objectives while effectively managing risk.
Work closely with the Group Head of Legal to build and evolve a best in class legal function.
Represent Marston in client meetings, negotiations, and regulatory discussions.
Conduct contract risk assessments and provide pragmatic, commercially focused guidance to stakeholders.
Support the bids and tenders process, ensuring compliance and strategic alignment.
Ensure compliance with key legislation, including the Companies Act 2006, DPA 2018, and SRA regulations.
Deliver expert commercial legal advice across NDAs, service agreements, framework agreements, IT/IP contracts, and procurement processes.

Exceptional stakeholder management with the confidence to influence at board level.
