The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will join the Delivery team to help build the first power‑generation component samples for the fusion system. The role involves close collaboration with manufacturing engineers and production staff to support the build process and ensure quality execution.
- Implement Manufacturing Execution Software (MES)
- Create, edit, and release work instructions with technicians and engineers
- Capture redlines from technicians and lead meetings to update work instructions
- Assist manufacturing engineers with tooling design and fabrication
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to identify trends and recommend actions
- Work hands‑on with technicians and engineers to understand the build process
- Listen attentively to capture detailed information for work instructions
- Provide quick problem‑solving solutions as issues arise

- Basic experience with machining, hand, power, and air tools (preferred)
- Exposure to MES/MRP systems and their impact on production efficiency (preferred)
