Be the main contact for all Customer concerns regarding Siemens Energy’s Control and Digitalisation fleet in Ireland, boosting happiness and value via responsibility and innovation.
Briefing of all personnel who shall travel to the Customer site. Conduct close monitoring of their activities whilst deployed and co-ordinate appropriate levels of support from back-office functions
Collaborate with UK counterparts, the UK service delivery team, and Central HQ functions and resources to implement contracts in Ireland and the UK.
Plan and ensure the safe delivery of works, including securing resources and ordering materials and equipment.
Support Sales function by assisting in the definition of project scope and objectives to ensure project feasibility.
Coordinate unscheduled maintenance activities and breakdowns, ensuring a structured and considered approach.
Commercially responsible for customer service contracts/projects with a focus on maximizing profitability through scope & risk management and upsell.
Match Siemens Energy portfolio with Customer needs, considering their markets, objectives, and strategies.
Develop strategic relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure the desired level of service is attained across the fleet.
Contribute to data quality in all business systems associated with allocated customer accounts.
