Customer Service Representative

Description

• manage the relationship with logistics and internal stakeholders and working together to improve cost efficiencies, resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience
• Deliver work that matters. Every action you take matters in delivering for our customers and strengthening communities for the future. We value what you do.
• interact with our customers via phone and email managing quotes and queries
• continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition
• collaborate with internal stakeholders including warehouse and sales departments to ensure customer expectations and requirements are met; including product specifications, special packaging, and delivery timetable
• follow up on quotations and inquiries converting these into sales opportunities

Requirements

• previous experience working in a customer service environment
• Experience connection and care. Experience a positive, inclusive work environment where we look out for each other’s safety and wellbeing.​
• high attention to detail and ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously
• a strong customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently
• demonstrated computer competency including MS Office
