Company
Overview
Revenue $5.7M
Annual Revenue
The company generates around $5.7 million in annual revenue through its operations in Kent and Manchester.
Founded to deliver full-scope early-phase construction, Expanded began mastering reinforced concrete basements and sub-/superstructure frames.
It grew by adding geotechnical piling, becoming one of the UK’s largest foundation specialists.
Typical projects span commercial and residential towers, deep basements, complex substructures, and heavy piling contracts.
Its dual expertise allows it to provide seamless end-to-end foundation-to-structure delivery.
A standout is its in-house capacity to shift between structural and geotechnical operations on major UK developments.
