Beyond ERP, the Project Manager will also play a key role in planning and executing future enterprise system implementations such as HRIS, CRM, SaaS platforms, and other strategic technology initiatives.
- Support IT projects, including ERP, SaaS, DevOps, and other enterprise platforms, applying consistent project management methodology. Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating when necessary with recommended solutions.
- Coordinate requirements validation, data migration, system configuration, and testing with stakeholders
- Manage vendors and implementation partners, ensuring delivery aligns with scope and expectations.
- Serve as the project manager for JRM’s ERP replacement initiative and future enterprise system implementations. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations specific to ERP implementation and other business systems.
- Coordinate with the Learning and Talent Development team to identify, design, and deliver training programs that support successful system implementation and adoption.
- Track and report project status to Senior Leadership, IT leadership, executive sponsors, and steering committees.
- Partner with the Corporate Communications team to ensure company-wide changes are communicated effectively and consistently.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system processes, reporting, and integration meet business needs. Lead change management, training, and adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition for end users.
- Establish governance and documentation practices to enable repeatable success for future technology initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, with an initial focus on the successful implementation of JRM’s new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform. This role will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with Finance, Accounting, HR, Corporate Operations, Construction and overall business needs.

- Skilled in stakeholder management, vendor coordination, change management and end user adoption strategies.
- Knowledge of construction project financials and ERP workflows including job cost reporting, commitments, billing, and forecasting is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- 5+ years of experience in project management of enterprise technology or system implementations, with at least 2+ years in ERP or other large-scale platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Experience managing vendors, consultants, and cross-functional business teams.
- Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), Smartsheet, Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart
- Skilled at change management and end-user adoption strategies.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on delivery.
- PMP or Agile/Scrum certification preferred.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-phase system implementations from planning through adoption.

The salary range listed in job postings reflects the Company’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as position tier, geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skills.
To the extent this position is performed in New York City, the annual salary range for this role is $140,000 - 150,000.
