Draft and issue Requests for Information (RFIs) as needed.
Review commercial terms and performance specifications; negotiate and/or develop compliant proposals with support from Business Development, Engineering, and Legal teams.
Create templates, tools, and processes to improve proposal turnaround time and consistency.
