Customer Experience Officer

This is more than a customer service role—you'll be supporting both retail and commercial customers with production information and support in selection, and working closely with our sales team to ensure every client interaction exceeds expectations.

• Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
• Process transactions including payments, receipts, credits/refunds, and collections
• Understand client needs and provide expert recommendations on our stone products
• Keep client records organized and current
• Assist the sales team with preparing quotations, orders, and product documentation
• Manage administrative tasks including data entry, documentation, and reporting
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of showroom stock, industry trends, and product innovations
• Engage with clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-person interactions

Highly Desirable

Product Knowledge & Administration

• Understanding of different stone types, their characteristics, and applications
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively
• Strong organisational abilities with exceptional attention to detail
• Previous experience in customer service and/or retail
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required by gallery hours
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (SAP experience advantageous)
• Knowledge of or genuine interest in the stone industry
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
