Principal SAP Plant Maintenance Coordinator

Description

• Supplier Collaboration: Organize and participate in monthly economic meetings with suppliers, presenting relevant data in SAP BI.
• Documentation & Training: Develop guides and documentation for SAP PM processes.
• Master Data Administration: Create and remove employees and suppliers in SAP as needed.
• Maintenance Planning: Create and update task lists, maintenance plans, and new equipment records in SAP PM.
• SAP Notifications & Servicedesk: Distribute SAP notifications and manage requests via the servicedesk.
• Operational Support: Manage the Operations mailbox, responding to ticket-related questions and other requests.
• Time & Invoice Management: Approve hours in ZMSRV6 (Service Entry Sheets) and handle invoice processing.
• Process Optimization: Conduct walkthroughs of maintenance plans and create flow diagrams to improve workflows.
• Procurement Support: Create framework orders and purchase orders (POs) for suppliers not available in Fiori.
• Service Reporting: Handle service reports and ensure proper commissioning to operations.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and proactive.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Minimium 3 years of experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP BI.
