What we offer -Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and ICAM Lead Investigator qualifications (desirable) -Demonstrated experience in operational or safety roles within Water Utilities or Civil Construction -Proven ability to manage incident reporting, investigations, and compliance audits -Strong working knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment Management systems -Excellent communication, coaching and relationship management skills -A minimum Certificate IV in WHS (Diploma/Degree in WHS desirable)
